The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has said the growing technological advancement poses a fresh threat to its quest of achieving industrial harmony worldwide.
ILO Country Director for Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone, Dennis Zulu, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) yesterday in Abuja that technology was fast replacing workers in most parts of the world.
He said it was time for the global body to start looking for ways of ensuring that workers were not denied their rights by employers as well as guaranteeing that employers get maximum benefits from employees.
