This called was made at a one-day forum tagged, ‘Citizens Conversation With Elected Public Officials,’ organised by the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Oyo State Directorate in collaboration with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), which held at the Conference Centre of the University of Ibadan.
