Ahead of the November 16 Kogi and Bayelsa states governorship polls, each female or physically-challenged aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will pay N11.2 million for its expression of interest and nomination forms.

Each male aspirant is to pay N2.5 million for the expression of interest form and N20 million for nomination form totalling N22.5 million.

The guideline signed by the national organising secretary, Emma Ibediro, directed female aspirants and People with Disabilities (PWDs) to pay 50 per cent of the fees.

However, it was jubilation for women at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secretariat in Abuja yesterday as Grace Adejoh picked the party’s nomination and expression of interest forms.
