Chairman of Class 6975 Igbobi College, Dr. Biola Ajijola, has described the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as someone who demonstrated uncommon leadership qualities right from their days as students of the college.

Ajijola who made the remark at the Class 6975 Igbobi College reception and award ceremony held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel in honour of Osinbajo and two other distinguished classmates said he was not surprised at his emergency as the nation’s number two, noting that the Vice President was the Captain of Townsend House in college and later the first Chairman of the Class 6975 at inception.

Others honoured alongside the Vice President were the Executive Chairman, Federal Inland revenue Service, William Babatunde Fowler and Commissioner of Wealth Creation and Employment, Lagos State, Babatunde Fuad Durosinmi-Etti.

Speaking on the award of excellence given to him, Osinbajo said he had attended events where he received awards and recognitions as the Vice President, but to him this award by his old boys association was dearest to his heart.
