Former Abia State governor, Senator Theodore Orji, has said the objective of the Food Security Bill that passed its second reading in the Senate, is to compel government to make quality food available to all, as part of its primary responsibilities.

Reacting to a news report credited to former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Stanley Ohajuruka, that his stay in the Senate was wasted mandate, the former governor said his achievements and representation are well known by his constituents.

Speaking through his Media Adviser, Mr. Don Norman Obinna, the Senator disclosed that he did not want to join issues with Ohajuruka.
