Olusola serves Fayemi court processes via substituted means
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the July 14, 2018 governorship election in Ekiti, Professor Kolapo Olusola, has served Governor Kayode Fayemi the notice and records of appeal as well as the appellate brief of argument through substituted means at the state secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the capital. They were received by one Mrs. O. Blessing on behalf of the party’s Legal Adviser, Kolade Amere.
The service followed an interim order of service granted the appellant by the Supreme Court and delivered by Justice Olabode Rhodes –Vivour on May 6,2019.
Hearing was thereafter adjourned till May 16.
