NSCDC urges support for fallen heroes’ families
The Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, has called on Nigerians to support families whose loved ones died while serving their motherland.
The NSCDC Commandant-General made the appeal yesterday at the Corps National Headquarters in Abuja while hosting representative of the Minister of Defence, Dan-Mansur-Ali, who was decorated with the Fallen Heroes Emblem.
He said the need to give support to the families of fallen heroes was in consideration of the ultimate sacrifice they paid with their lives.
A statement by Public Relations Officer of the Corps, Emmanuel Okeh, urged members of the public, private individuals, corporate organisations and others, to always remember the gallant soldiers.
