Senate confirms Amaechi, 17 others as ministers, as PDP senators stage a walkout

The Nigerian Senate on Thursday confirmed the former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi and seventeen others as ministers. Amaechi's was confirmed as minister in spite of attempts by senators belonging to the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to stall his confirmation. They later staged a walkout after their attempts became futile. More details soon.

PDP should not get mad , It is time for pay back from Obanikoro’s case . If they don’t like Amaechi let them go and jumped into lagoon.
