IN order to encourage hard work among team members as well as motivate others, Swissgarde, a network and marketing company, recently rolled out the drums to celebrate team members who have distinguished themselves through outstanding performance.

The Achievers, as recipients are called, not only received multiple awards and recognition, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Cornelle Van Graan, said their efforts also transformed into increase in their monthly earnings through their networking.

According to Graan, the award was about recognizing people for the efforts they have made in the development of the company and had promoted healthy living in the country by marketing Swissgarde products.

Welcoming guests to the event, she stated that her physical presence was significant -a way of showing how much the brand and team members meant to her. She added that Nigeria as a nation has always come top the board meetings as a country of great business potentials.

“Nigeria is where distributors enjoy themselves while making impact in people’s lives”

Describing the company, Graan said Swissgarde does not only give people the opportunity to make money and grow successful businesses, it also enables people to change their lives for better through healthy living by using the company’s products.

For the Brand’s Sales and Marketing Director for Africa, Debbie Botha, the growth of the brand in Nigeria should be credited to enthusiastic, resilience and entrepreneurial team leaders who have remained steadfast and committed to the brand even in the face of daunting economic challenges.

She said: “Nigerians are the most enthusiastic, resilience and entrepreneurial people in the whole world. They go out, make a difference and make things work”.

Distinguishing their brand from other network marketing companies, Botha stated that aside quality products, Swissgarde gives equal opportunity to every team member to grow.

“Once you enroll as a distributor, you are encouraged to use the products for healthy living and also encourage friends and relations to join and make money. It is based on the teaching that your success is my success. Everybody has equal chances to grow”, she said.

On the import of the award and dinner night, she said it was to further motivate hard work. “By this recognition and award, people are motivated to work harder towards achieving great goals. Those who have become Achievers are also encouraged to sustain the track records.

“You do not just sit and complain of not making enough money. If you want to succeed, you must work hard”, Botha stated.

Lovelyn Nwarueze, the Managing Executive for Nigeria and West Africa, commended the company for empowering Nigerian women and youths through business opportunities. According to her, a greater percentage of the products distributors and networkers are women, and she is so delighted that Swissgarde has empowered a lot of women.

“By empowering women, we are empowering families and by so doing contributing to nation building,” she said.
