According to Ajao, “ The LNSC officers on surveillance/security patrol along Third Mainland Bridge/Ilubinrin axis of Lagos Island East LCDA found a young boy, aged 15, roaming around and unable to account for his movements.

“When he was questioned by Corps officers, it was discovered that he sneaked out of his parents home in Akure, Ondo State just to know Lagos without any place to stay. “He could have been a victim of kidnapping or other crimes but for the LNSC intervention.

“He has been re-united with his family in Ondo State. LNSC is committed to addressing the myriad of security challenges in Lagos State.” The retired DIG also assured that kidnapped students of Lagos Model College, Igbonla were safe and would soon be reunited with their families.
