Ondo State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, has said his administration’s novel initiative and accomplishments have made people believe in government.

Speaking at an interactive session in Akure, Mimiko said government has been able to bridge the gap between the privileged and the less privileged in the state, especially through its education and health policies.

He noted that the government’s mega school and Mother and Child initiatives, which afford both the children of the rich and the poor access to government’s services without discrimination. Mimiko said the sight of pupils and students entering the shuttle buses provided to convey them to and from school free of charge gives him excitement and enthusiasm.

He said he is proud of his government’s accomplishments in the state, adding that every sector has become a stakeholder in the Ondo project.
