THE Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) is planning a workshop to discuss the best implementation model for the ongoing anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing (AML/CFT) campaign.

A statement sent by ACAMS Nigeria Co-Chair, Isah Aminu Buhari and Funke Oladipupo said the focus of the workshop is premised on the guidelines on Digital Currency and Non Profit Organizations (NPOs) issued recently by the FATF (Financial Action Task Force), the global standard setter on Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).
