On other operations against the terrorists, he said: “In a related development yesterday November 5, 2015, troops of 25 Task Force Brigade conducted offensive operations along Korede axis in Damboa Local Council.
In the operations, three motorcycles suspected to be used during the last Sunday’s attack on Azir village were recovered along with stolen foodstuff from the village. Terrorists’ observation posts were also destroyed in a high ground in Korede. Our troops continue to dominate roads leading to Azir, Wajikoro, Damboa and Biu towns to deny Boko Haram terrorists any possible freedom of activities in the area.
