Constitutional lawyer, Anthony Agbazuere has urged the federal government and Chief of Army Staff to review the operational modus operandi of the Operation Python Dance describing it as “evil, anti-people, not conciliatory and a declaration of war at initio”.

He spoke yesterday when he came to sympathize with journalists on the invasion of the NUJ Center at Umuahia saying that the situations that would warrant deployment of soldiers, as provided in section 217 of the Nigerian Constitution, did not arise.

He held that even if the situation arises, the matter is already in court and the Attorney General had equally filed the processes while promising to go to court if the people that carried out the attack are not brought to justice.
