Lai Mohammed hands over, drums support for Buhari
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has urged Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari as he moves to reposition the country in the next four years.
Mohammed, who spoke yesterday while handing over to the ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Grace Isu Gekpe in Abuja, thanked the staff for the industrial harmony he enjoyed all through his tenure.He pointed out that without peace, government would not have made tremendous impact in the last four years.
Mohammed urged staff of the ministry to extend same cooperation to his successor. 0.In his remarks, the Director General of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Yakubu Mohammed, commended the minister for his exemplary leadership.
The Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Segun Runsewe, lauded Mohammed for achieving much in the culture and tourism industry.
