The Trade Union Congress (TUC) has resolved to join other labour centres on the October 16 planned nationwide strike if the Federal Government fails to conclude the N30, 000 consequential adjustments on the new minimum wage.

The union said workers had been forced to suffer inflation since the last adjustment.

Speaking in Lagos yesterday, TUC president, Quadri Olaleye, noted that the delay in the implementation of the payment was due to government representatives’ alleged feeding of President Muhammadu Buhari with wrong information.
