Kwara promises continued peaceful environment for residents, investors

To make Kwara State a preferred destination for investors, Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatal Ahmed, said that it would continue to ensure that there is peace in the state and all residents coexist peacefully.

To make Kwara State a preferred destination for investors, Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatal Ahmed, said that it would continue to ensure that there is peace in the state and all residents coexist peacefully.

Ahmed promised to continually lure investors into the state through his gospel of peace and reasonable waivers of taxes that would create conducive business environment. 

The Governor, represented by the Head of Service, Hajia Zarah Umar, at the opening of the 4th State triennial delegates conference of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), Kwara State Council, said that his administration recognizes the unions as partners in the development of the State.Ahmed urged TUC to engage government on issues relating to its members welfare, with global best practices in mind.
