Very transparent election results declaration. UP INEC. All field problems not due to INEC but poor deployment of security personnel.Need for armed security personnel to accompany POs/SPOs to polling centres/points and guard them at Polling Units/Voting Points/Collation Centres in future elections. Technical problems with the card readers should be discussed with the manufacturers so that updates can be installed to correct them.
