Kogi at 26: CAN prays for unity, progress

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kogi State Chapter, has asked churches to spend time to pray for the progress and prosperity of the state during its Sunday worship.
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kogi State Chapter, has asked churches to spend time to pray for the progress and prosperity of the state during its Sunday worship.
The State CAN Chairman, Bishop John Ibenu, said this became important because the state has been bogged down by so many challenges.
In a statement by Ibenu in Lokoja, yesterday, ahead of the 26th year of creation of Kogi state, the body also called on the political class in the state to close ranks and work for the greater good of Kogi State.
