Justice Adeniyi Ademola voluntarily retires as FHC judge
Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, has voluntarily retired from the Bench as a judge.
Justice Ademola was said to have sent his resignation Wednesday after presiding over several cases, four of which were criminal matters.
Although, there was no detail as to his reasons for retirement, he was however quoted to have given the happenings in the judicial sector as one of his reasons for taking a leave.
Justice Ademola was one of the eight judges raided by the Department of State Security Service (DSS) for alleged corrupt practices and money laundering.
He was consequently prosecuted at the end of which he was discharged and acquitted by Justice Jude Okeke of the Federal Capital Territory High Court.
