Gunmen abduct three Osun govt officials
Three officials in the employ of Osun state government have been abducted by unknown gunmen between Obajana and Lokoja, Kogi state capital.
In a statement yesterday by the state Head of Service {HoS}, Mr. Sunday Olayinka Owoeye said those abducted on Friday include the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance, Mrs. Adebimpe Ogunlumade; Director, State Audit, Mr. Tajudeen Badejoko, and a driver, Mr. Oladapo Ajani Arogundade.
He said the gunmen accosted them between Obajana and Lokoja the Kogi State capital and forced their vehicle to stop before the three officials were violently whisked away.
