He spoke yesterday during the inauguration of another Trader Moni scheme in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Osinbajo told reporters after inspecting the beneficiaries that government was poised at improving the lots of owners of small-scale enterprises.
The vice president noted for the umpteenth time that the project was to empower traders with refundable loans to improve their businesses.
