Nigeria Real Estate Summit and Expo (NIRESE) is set to provide the platform for stakeholders to find a lasting solution to housing challenges in the country, the organisers have said.

The event will be held at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, on July 18.

Over 100 leading Nigerian real estate companies and their counterparts from Ghana, South Africa, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates have indicated interest to participate, head of the organising committee, Steve Ike, stated.

Ike explained that the expo themed ‘Collaborating to achieve Sustainable Funding for Adequate and Affordable Housing in Nigeria’ would be one of the most important events in the country’s real estate calendar.
