Expert seeks to bridge gap between academics, job market

President, Rome Business School, Antonio Raguasa said the institution would contribute its quota to bridging the gap between formal education and the job market across Nigeria.

Stressing that the country has a lot of potential, he said the vision of the business school is to create and shape managers in accordance with their respective skills and competencies, as well as give them an approach to business, which is socially responsible and acceptable globally.

“The institution is open to students in 140 countries, we started its first branch in Nigeria for almost two years now, while other branches in Egypt, Cameroon, India, and Greece are been developed,” he said.

Raguasa said: “I started visiting several universities and business schools but I noticed that something was missing-international approach to education because all the schools were focused on their national boundaries,” he said.
