THE Association of Esan Professionals (AEP) has praised Edo state Governor Adams Oshiomhole for being “a strong pillar of support” to the association.
The body noted the “invaluable support” it had got from the current administration in the execution of its various programmes, describing it unprecedented since the birth of the association in 2001.

Speaking over the weekend at the 11th Esan economic empowerment workshop series with the theme, “ Esan cultural values and practices,” the association’ president, Barr. Matthew Egbadon said the non-profit and non-partisan body was formed to develop a sense of oneness among Esan professionals across the country and in the Diaspora as well as pursue the social, political and economic development of Esanland with a view to promoting youth and human capital development in Esanland.

Egbadon, who applauded Oshiomhole for his unwavering support, said: “ We wish to place on record the invaluable support the AEP had received from the Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, in the execution of our programmes since he came into office. The association has been truly edified by his constant attendance and support during our events. We truly treasure his support,” he stated.

Represented by his deputy, Dr. Pius Odubu, Oshiomhole lauded the association for its foresight and commitment to the overall wellbeing of Esanland land, assuring that the people “will continue to enjoy the support of his administration in the 32 kingdoms in Esanland.”
