The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Wednesday said it has recovered seventeen vehicles from the former Comptroller-General of Nigeria Custom Service Abdullahi Dikko Inde.

The Commission said in a statement that the vehicles were recovered after it was tipped off that the vehicles were stored at a warehouse on Nnamdi Azikiwe Street, Kaduna.

“Upon receipt of the intelligence, a team of operatives from the Kano Zonal Office were deployed to carry out the investigation,” EFCC said.

Two men – Dantala Mohammed and Ahmed Balarabe – who were discovered to be the custodians of the property, were arrested.

“The vehicles and the two individuals, who are now suspects, in the investigation were conveyed to the Commission’s zonal offices in Kaduna and Kano respectively for further investigation which revealed that the warehouse in question actually belongs to the former customs boss.”

This former custom boss, Dikko, is simply a ” Cheap Thief!” Barawo!, like many others. Please the government should simply auction off the vehicles and use the money for developmental projects! I think the ” whistle blower law is working!” Please translate the law to many Nigerian languages so these “Low Life forms”, can be revealed and nemesis catches us with them. Ordinary Nigerians should be more empowered to reveal where the looters of our commonwealth stash their ill gotten wealth. Please reward and protect the whistle blowers. Allah Akber!
