As Christians celebrate Easter, bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Egbu, Owerri North, Imo State, Geoffrey Okorafor, has urged President Buhari, to see himself as father of all Nigerians, and not sectional.

Okorafor made the appeal in his Easter message at the weekend, arguing that since Nigerians from all parts of the country cast their votes for him, he should use this period to regard all as their father and urged Nigerians to be their brothers’ keepers, with peace and love for a unified nation.

Okorafor thanked God for the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, urging Christians to use the period to extend helping hands to the less privileged.

He cited the Gospel of St. John 14:15 to buttress what Jesus Christ set as an example for mankind and urged that they do as He has done, displaying love and humility, washing the feet of His disciples.
