Dickson, who also signed into law, the Administration of Criminal Justice Bill, in Government House, Yenagoa, said he had earlier forwarded an appropriation estimate of N275bn to the State House of Assembly, which it increased to N299bn.
The governor said he was convinced the Appropriation Law would support completion of ongoing projects at advanced stages of completion in view of the medium- term expenditure guide of the state government.
