As part of its social responsibility, the Living Faith Church has commissioned a one-kilometre link road in Kano State. The road was commissioned as its contribution to national development and to commemorate the nation’s 58th independence anniversary.

Before the church’s intervention, roads leading to the church headquarters in Nomansland was in an ugly shape as a result of potholes and lack of proper drainage. With the rehabilitation and construction of drain channels, residents and commuters plying the road network, which links Iroko avenue, Kwoi close and Nguru roads in Nomansland would heave a sigh of relief.

Speaking at the commissioning, the resident and state pastor of the church, Agi Emmanuel, said the project was a reminder of the constant contributions of the Christian community to the growth and development of Kano.

Speaking on behalf of the government, Senior Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Ganduje on inter-ethnic matters (Igbo), Lynous Okoroje, commended the church for complementing government’s efforts
