BUOYED by its current capacity of producing 4 million plantlets including banana, potatoes cassava and yam per annum, the Biocrops Biotechnology Company says it is ready to key into the school-feeding scheme of the Federal Capital Territory.

It added that providing seedlings to large and small-scale farmers who might want to make supplies to schools is one of the ways it hopes to add value saying that the issue of food security should be taken seriously by the federal government.
