Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow of Adamawa State

The governor, during the launch of Adamawa State Insurance Scheme, expressed regret over his inability to take the state to development lane and asked the critical stakeholders to forgive him.

Bindow, who was speaking incoherently, said: “I apologise to everyone that I have offended collectively and individually.

I will not forget the support I got from the people of Adamawa. I wish I had done better, but I have done what I can with the resources available to me.”

He told his commissioners and aides that the launch might be his last public outing in the state.
