Be Credible, NYSC DG Tells Corps Members
THE NYSC Director-General Brigadier General Johnson Olawumi has charged Corps members that would be engaged in the conduct of the gubernatorial election in Kogi State to ensure honesty and neutrality in the discharge of their assignment.
Olawumi gave the charge yesterday while addressing the Corps members at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Asaya in Kabba Bunu Local Government Area of the state.
He enjoined them to be guided by the provisions of the Electoral Laws and the NYSC Bye-Laws while administering the election.
He said: “You must be unbiased; you must maintain neutrality because your integrity is at stake just as the integrity of your families and the NYSC Scheme is at stake,” he added.
