Aspirant blames Odigie-Oyegun for APC crises
A House of Representatives aspirant for Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency, Honorable Saidu Akawo Slihu has blamed the immediate past National chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) John Odigie-Oyegun for the crises bedeviling the party.
Speaking at a meeting tagged: Reality Interactive Meeting, where youths from Lokoja/Koto charged him to declare to contest the 2019 election for the Constituency 2019 election; he said the former chairman did not do things according to the rules in democracy, hence the frustration and anger.
He, however, commended the incumbent chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, for his effort at reuniting party members, noting that the new mode of primary election, whereby all party members line up to elect the candidate that would fly the flag of the party has taken the party back to the people.
