A court of appeal sitting in Owerri in Tuesday dismissed a suit challenging the candidacy of Bayelsa State governor Duoye Diri’s in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) primary election.
The suit was filed by one of PDP’s governorship aspirant aspirants in Bayelsa State Ndutimi Alaibe.
Alaibe in the suit said Diri, the current governor of Bayelsa State, was not the rightful winner of the primary governorship election conducted by the PDP.
