APGA Plans N350m Secretariat
THE All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has disclosed that it would soon commence the building of its permanent secretariat in Abuja to befit the party’ s status in the political process.
National chairman of the party, Victor Ike Oye, who made the disclosure during the party one-day retreat organised for its National and State Working Committee members yesterday in Abuja, said that the project, which is valued at N350 million will enable the party to have its own structures and move away from its present tenancy status.
The chairman, who regretted that the current National Secretariat of APGA is not befitting a leading political party like APGA, added that he has not entered into his own office since the new executive council was inaugurated even as he noted that the party National Secretary has no office allocated to him due to the smallness of the complex.
“It is regrettable that a strong political party like APGA cannot boast of a befitting National Secretariat in Abuja.
