A Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed November 12, 2018 for hearing of a motion, seeking final forfeiture of N2.2 billion recovered from ex-chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu.

The trial judge, Justice Mojisola Olatoregun had on June 14, issued an interim order of forfeiture, following an exparte motion filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Joined as respondents aside Amosu, is a company, Solomon Enterprises Limited.

The EFCC had alleged that the sums were reasonably suspected to be proceeds of unlawful activities.
