Akeredolu lauds choice of new Olowo of Owo
Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has admonished the people of Owo to support the new Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye, to take the kingdom to higher heights.
Akeredolu, who spoke yesterday at the coronation ceremony of the monarch at the Olowo’s Palace, described Oba Ogunoye III as the ruler the people of Owo have always yearned for. He saluted the people for making such a great choice.
The governor, who disclosed that it was a deliberate policy of his administration not to intervene in chieftaincy matters of any town, assured the people that the developmental projects would not be limited to any particular area.
