Abiodun tasks Onitigbo on conducive environment for investors

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has advised the newly installed Onitigbo of Tigbo-Ilu, Ado-Odo Ota Local Council, Oba Olabode Victor Thomas-Fagbayi and the entire community to join hands to create a sustainable and conducive environment to attract credible investors to the town.
 
Speaking at the installation and presentation of Staff of Office to the new monarch, Abiodun, represented by the Commissioner of Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Afolabi Afuape, said all hands must be on deck to pave way for speedy development in all sectors of their socio-economic life through communal efforts.
 
He urged the new monarch to be accessible, receptive and responsive to the yearnings of his subjects, as the occasion demands, to bring peaceful co-existence among its people and neighbouring communities.

In his welcome address, Chairman, Transition Committee of the Council, Hon. Wasiu Lawal, said unity among the people would hasten development. He asked for more government intervention in the area of infrastructure for the community.
 
In his acceptance speech, Oba Thomas-Fagbayi reaffirmed his unflinching commitment to using the opportunity provided to promote development, promising to synergise efforts with other traditional rulers to put Aworiland in an enviable position.
