Healthy Toilet Tricks To Practice!
I found these toilet tricks very interesting and something you would find fun doing. It is something a little different from the usual to make life easier. Some of them are not just fun, but healthy to practice as well. Let’s check them out below:
Poop in a Squat Position for an Easier more Satisfying Defecation: Have you been finding it difficult pushing the entire poop out from your bowels especially when you are in haste? Try this trick! It is called the Squat Position. Prop your feet up so you are in a squatting position using a waste basket. Pooping in the traditional seated position causes a constriction on the colon by the puborectalis muscles. Squatting when pooping relaxes these muscles as well as allows gravity to take a greater effect on relieving your waste.

Prevent Toilet Splash and Noise: Never get splashed by a toilet again! Drop a few sheets of toilet paper into the toilet bowel before use and the toilet paper will act as a buffer as your poop hits the water. Not only will this stop the splash back but it will also muffle the sound of impact.
DIY Toilet Seat Warmers: Slide your pair of socks over the ends of the toilet seat to prevent the chilling shock of a cold water plash.
Toilet Cleaner: The toilet is probably everyone’s least favourite area to clean, so it stands to reason that you don’t want to spend so much time trying to remove stains in it. Pour a can of Coke into the toilet bowl and clean with a toilet stick. The baking soda and acidity of the Coca-cola remove tough stains easily.
Toilet Brush Cleaner: Keep your toilet brush clean by spraying it with some Vinegar after using it to clean the toilet and then place it under the seat to let it dry as shown below.
