In India, a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus driver’s name has been struck off the roster after a video of him allowing a monkey drive a bus went viral across the country.

In the video, Prakash, is seen driving with a monkey sitting on the steering wheel. Although he didn’t give the monkey the full control of the bus, but his action was considered out of the line by many who saw the video.

The incident took place on October 1 in a bus plying Davanagere to Bharamasagara. According to a KSRTC official, the driver was not the owner of the monkey, but it was owened by one of his passengers.
