Nigerian men have always been involved with fashion. While women saw fashion as a way of life and body adornment, for men, it was more of a cultural way of showing wealth or masculinity, nothing more, nothing less.

 

The modern men’s fashion industry in Nigeria has seen significant growth each year. Brands such as Yomi Casual and Orange Culture are known to push boundaries with their extraordinary designs, thereby creating room for exploration in the men’s fashion industry. Recently, we observe more men on the runways, blogs and magazines, Nigerian men are constantly redefining the idea of menswear in the growing fashion industry.
