The Cranberries To Release Albums With Late Member, Dolores O’Riordan
The Cranberries are set to release two new albums featuring Dolores O’Riordan’s vocals, the group announced on Thursday.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of their first album, Everybody else is doing it so why can’t we?, band members, Fergal Lawler, Noel and Mike Hogan in a statement on their website, that one of the albums will be a “newly remastered version” of their debut album.
The group said that they had been working on the albums before the passing of O’Riordan. O’Riordan had recorded her vocals but will not be alive to witness the anniversary. Everything was put on hold when she passed in January but they have decided to go back to it.
The Cranberries are in collaboration with Universal Music for the new albums.
Dolores died on the 15th of January this month in a London hotel.
