Lagos Comic-Con 2018

The seventh edition of the Lagos Comic Convention (Lagos Comic-Con) will hold on Saturday, 15 September 2018 at the Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island. This year’s event is themed: Aspire, Dream, Prosper. The event which will feature masterclasses and exhibitions from various creative fields such as comics, animation, gaming, films, books, virtual reality and creative arts, serves as a platform for the exchange of ideas and business opportunities in a sector that is dominantly youthful and urban.

It will also be an avenue to celebrate the success of practitioners in these industries. Some of the personalities attending the event include Toke Makinwa, Juliana Olayode (Toyo baby), Mildred Okwo, Deyemi Okanlawon, Kemi Adesoye, Alexander Rideau from South Africa and other exciting speakers from various fields will be speaking at different seminar zones.

Cosmetics Beauty Wellness Expo

The Cosmetics Beauty Wellness Expo is an ongoing opportunity to form alliances and partnerships to increase stakes. Attendees will avail themselves to highly recommended products in the beauty and personal care, cosmetics, wellness, spa and beauty equipment range. The event will hold from the 11 to 14 September at the Federal Palace Hotel and Casino, Lagos.

Africa Fashion Week 2018

The Africa Fashion Week (AFW2018), Nigeria returns for its 5th edition. The AFW2018 promises to be an epic show with stylish designs from fashion designers across Africa. Over 40 fashion designers from Namibia, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Congo, Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, London will showcase their clothing line on the runway show during the AFW2018. The show will hold on the 15 and 16 of September.
