You heard right. There really is a cocktail called The Last Word. Perhaps it would make you have the last say in who gets to do what at every party. You never know.

If cocktails were people, the Last Word would be a zombie. This cocktail was created a long time ago and was left to die into oblivion for decades. But then it was brought back to life and we saw it rise from its grave, more powerful than ever, about four years ago, thanks to bartender Murray Stenson from Seatle, who dusted off the recipe and began serving the drink to customers at Zig Zag Café. Today, and the Last Word graces bar menus all around the world.

The Last Word is a surprisingly tasty balance of four ingredients working in perfect unison. Mix one up this weekend, and make up for lost time. It will be sure to turn you into a gin lover and revive those dead weekends you’ve been having.
