Fans React After Finding Out Nicki Minaj’s Boyfriend Is A Convicted Murderer And Rapist

Nicki Minaj is in the news for different reasons. The rapper who had a dirty brawl with Cardi B and has since moved on from that (ok, after launching a series of attacks on her radio show and a merch shading Cardi).

This time, it has to do with the new man in her life. The Barbie Dreams rapper posted her a picture of her and her new beau Kenneth “Zoo” Petty on her Instagram after her 36th birthday party in Turks and Caicos.

In one of the pictures, one of her legs is wrapped around him with the caption from Adele’s Hello.

“Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happens?…it’s no secret…that the both of us…are running out of time.”

While this is a lovely picture, the problem is, he is a registered sex offender in New York.

The 40-year-old level two registered offender, according to legality, he is at a “moderate risk of repeat offense.”
He was first convicted in 1995 of a first degree attempted rape incident involving a 16-year-old girl.

Minaj, defending her baby, wrote

“He was 15, she was 16 … in a relationship. But go awf Internet. Y’all can’t run my life. Y’all can’t even run y’all own life. Thank you boo.”

In 2002, he was convicted of first-degree manslaughter of a certain Lamont Robinson which he served seven years.

imagine working hard for over a decade to secure yourself as the queen of rap, then having it all stripped away because you wanted to date a convicted felon with five children that you met at a turkey giveaway.

I hate to say it, but after #NickiMinaj defended her brother (sex offender) and 6ix9ine (sex offender), I can’t honestly say I’m surprised to hear she’s now defending her new boyfriend- another sex offender. It’s really, really sad.
