Everyone knows Black Opal. They were my first foray into makeup. I used to use their foundation when I was in university to cover up my acne scars and their full coverage foundation did the trick. It was perfect and I have always loved them since then.

They were in town recently this week and they had a tea party with bloggers, editors, makeup artists and people just interested in makeup. I was there (as usual) and I had fun reconnecting with my friends and rediscovering why I loved Black Opal in the first place.
