Ethiopia Announces Visa On Arrival for African Travellers

Earlier this week, Tanzania announced that it will no longer issue visa to nationals of some African countries, including Nigeria. However, Africans can now rejoice as Ethiopia has announced it will start giving visa to African travellers on arrival.

It is learnt that Ethiopian President, Mulatu Teshome shared the news with the parliament as part of Ethiopia’s contribution to the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement.

It is further gathered that other African countries are expected to make the same move by 2023.
