Queen Bey has been allowed to make her decisions regarding the September cover for Vogue.

Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, has granted her the power to do whatever she wants in everything that concerns its production.

According to Huffpost, she will be choosing her captions, photos and dresses. The icon who has been promoting black culture is not putting a break to her steps as she will be using a 23-year-old black photographer, Tyler Mitchell.

Michell describes his photographs as depicting “black people and people of colour in a really real and pure way.”

The last time, Beyonce was on the cover of the magazine, she made history because she was not a part of the interview.

This might be Wintour’s last cover and she is definitely going making a statement with it.
