Face mask is important for skin care treatment. A good face mask can leave your face cleansed and smooth and makes your face relaxed and rejuvenated.
Face masks help to cleanse impurities from the skin like oils, dirt and makeup.

It helps to open the pores and deep cleanse the impurities that cause infections and pimples.
A good face mask helps to circulate the blood. When the mask hardens on the face, there is a sensation that drives the blood vessels to expand and then improves the skin tone.

There are so many brands of face masks that you can buy from supermarkets or beauty stores. But there are natural face masks that you can mix in your kitchen which can give an amazing result.

You can absolutely do this yourself.

Honey Oats Face Masks

To make Honey Oats Face Masks, you need;

  • Ground oats,
  • Coconut oil and
  • Natural Honey

Mix the ingredients together and you will have a paste.
Apply on the face and leave for 15 minutes and wash.

Papaya Face Mask

To make papaya face mask, you need

  • One Papaya [Pawpaw]
  • One tbsp, Natural  Honey
  • One medium egg white

Mix the Papaya, honey and the egg white. Whisk the egg before you add. Mix thoroughly and apply on the face. Leave on the face for 15 minutes and wash off.
Do this at least 2 or 3 times a week for a clearer, even skin tone.
