All The Excitement That Went Down This Week
Watch what you tweet, keep your tongues in check, check your attitude. This is because this week showed us how much effect our actions can cause a reaction. From getting hit for saying an opinion to making an effort to change attitudes, here is a rundown of the week:
“It’s not just twitter”
Airing and reacting to someone else’s opinion may land you in trouble or get you rewarded with a slap depending on which comes first, Nigerian artiste, Peruzzi has shown. Trouble started for Pamilerin, a Nigerian twitter influencer after he bashed Peruzzi for saying he deserved the next rated star win at The Headies. Pamilerin got the shock of his life after he was slapped by the artiste at Denrele’s nightclub launch in Bayelsa. Although the artiste apologised saying that he has feelings, Pamilerin’s scar will serve as a reminder.

Don’t feel “Sorry”
We know that Justin Bieber has many tricks in his bag of talent but we surely didn’t think MMA fighting is part of it. Earlier this week, the 25-year-old Canadian singer revealed that he wants to get Hollywood heartthrob, Tom Cruise in the Octagon for a fight. Bieber is so serious about this challenge that he is even trying to get UFC chief, Dana White to make it happen, a move former UFC Champ, Conor McGregor supports. Many of Bieber’s fans don’t want to see the fight happen because they believe that the odds are against the “Sorry” crooner.
Nigerian men and good loving
Forget the Nigerian demon stereotype, our men are literally changing the lives of their lovers and Tamar Braxton is a testimony to that. It is for a fact that Tamar Braxton uses ever opportunity she has to gush about her Nigerian boyfriend, David Adefeso. This time, he used social media to speak about the woman he loves. “A word to our strong black men who are in relationships with our beautiful black women- when you make a commitment to love that sista, it is your duty and responsibility to STAND BY YOUR WOMAN. PERIOD!” Uh huh!
